Horoscope 2027: predictions and trends for all 12 signs

2027 brings a sky of new cycles: Saturn and Neptune begin a new chapter in Aries, Jupiter moves from Leo to Virgo, and on 2 August a total solar eclipse crosses southern Spain. Here are the key dates of the year and what they may mean for your sign.

In short: In 2027 Saturn and Neptune travel through Aries all year, Jupiter is in Leo until 26 July and then enters Virgo, Uranus stays in Gemini and Pluto in Aquarius. The big moment of the year is the total solar eclipse of 2 August, in Leo, seen as total in southern Spain. Mercury will be retrograde three times and Mars from 10 January to 1 April. These are trends to reflect on, not a written destiny.

The sky of 2027 in five keys

The slow planets set the tone of a year, and in 2027 almost all of them are at a fresh start. These are the five keys you will find in any 2027 horoscope:

  • Saturn and Neptune in Aries all year. Both changed sign in 2026 and in 2027 they settle into a new era: the wish to start from scratch, but with structure and patience.
  • Jupiter in Leo until 26 July, then in Virgo. First creativity, love and the courage to be seen shine; then order, habits and work done well.
  • Uranus in Gemini. Changes in the way we communicate, learn and move around.
  • Pluto in Aquarius. Slow transformations in collective life: friendships, communities and group projects.
  • A Leo-Aquarius eclipse axis. Between me and us, with the total eclipse of 2 August as the highlight of the year.

Key dates of 2027

All dates are in mainland Spain time (the same as most of continental Europe):

  • Eclipses: annular solar eclipse on 6 February (in Aquarius), penumbral lunar eclipses on 21 February (in Virgo), 18 July and 17 August (in Aquarius), and the total solar eclipse of 2 August, in Leo. It will be total in southern Spain in the late morning and partial across the rest of the country. Only watch it with certified eclipse glasses.
  • Mercury retrograde: 9 February to 3 March, 10 June to 4 July and 7 to 28 October. A good time to review, less so to sign in a hurry.
  • Mars retrograde: 10 January to 1 April, between Virgo and Leo. Energy turns inward: check before you leap.
  • New moons: thirteen in the whole year, from 7 January to 27 December, both in Capricorn. You will find them all, each with a tarot spread and a ritual, in the Diario lunar 2027.

2027 predictions sign by sign

Read your sun sign and, if you know it, your rising sign too. For everyday guidance, check your weekly horoscope in each link.

  • Aries: Saturn and Neptune in your sign invite you to redefine who you want to be. It is a year to build slowly and with conviction.
  • Taurus: Jupiter in Leo lights up your home and family until July; from 26 July, in Virgo, love and creativity gain room.
  • Gemini: Uranus in your sign keeps renewing your image and your plans, and Jupiter in Leo favours contacts, studies and short trips.
  • Cancer: Saturn in Aries asks for structure in your career, and Jupiter in Leo focuses on your money and what you value until July.
  • Leo: Jupiter in your sign until 26 July and the total eclipse of 2 August in Leo: a year in the spotlight and of closing a personal cycle.
  • Virgo: Mars retrograde starts the year in your sign and asks for calm, but on 26 July Jupiter arrives and opens a more expansive second half.
  • Libra: with Saturn and Neptune opposite your sign, relationships and agreements are tested and clarified. What stays will stay stronger.
  • Scorpio: Jupiter in Leo gives your career visibility until July; afterwards, in Virgo, friendships and group projects come alive.
  • Sagittarius: Jupiter, your ruler, in another fire sign: travel, studies and the wish to learn. Saturn in Aries asks for consistency in creativity and love.
  • Capricorn: Saturn, your ruler, in Aries reorganises your home and your roots. A good year to put in order the base you stand on.
  • Aquarius: Pluto is still in your sign, the annular eclipse of February falls in Aquarius and Jupiter in Leo, opposite you, puts partners and associates in focus.
  • Pisces: Saturn and Neptune have left your sign and things feel lighter. In 2027 the focus is on your resources, your money and your self-esteem.

How to use these predictions

A yearly horoscope describes general trends: the climate of the year, not what is going to happen to you. Use it as a list of questions: what do I want to build while Saturn is in Aries? What do I want to show while Jupiter is in Leo?

To bring those questions into everyday life, combine three things: your weekly horoscope, the card of the day and a moment to write at each new moon. If you would like your sign month by month, with love, work and the dates in the sky, there is the book Horóscopo 2027 (in Spanish).
