  • A small pink or white candle in a stable holder

  2. Stir the honey into the warm water calmly. Light the candle.
  3. Write three ways you want to care for yourself and three qualities of healthy love (for example: respect, listening, tenderness).
  4. Read the list softly while looking at the flame and finish with: "I open myself to a love that is good for me and I treat myself with kindness."
  5. Take a few sips of the sweetened water as a symbol of taking in that intention.
  6. Put out the candle with a snuffer, keep the paper somewhere special and, if water is left, water a plant with it.

Safety first
